COVID 19 : 5 positive cases in Mysuru (Nanjangud) today.

A 35-year-old male resident of mysore with no travel or contact history was tested positive for Coronavirus on 26th March 2020.However he was with the quality assurance section of a pharmaceutical company in nanjangud and has been in contact with many health care professionals.

Seven primary contacts were traced and were under house quarantine. Primary contacts along with Secondary contacts were tested and it was found that FIVE members (tested positive) are affected by corona. All of them are from the same pharmaceutical company in Nanjangud and are now isolated in the designated hospital. All roads from Nanjangud to Mysore have been blocked and the further situation is being assessed.
